Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing our design services. To ensure a smooth experience for both you and our creative team, please carefully read the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all design plans — one-time services and subscription packages.

One-Time Plans (Wallet Friendly, Elite, Premium)

  • Each one-time plan includes 1 design service only, as selected by the customer during purchase.

  • This is not time-based. Your payment is for one specific service, not a full day or package.

  • Delivery time: within 1 business day from confirmation of the service request.

  • Final confirmation of the selected service will be done via client message before work begins.

  • Urgent requests must be discussed via Direct Message (DM) before purchasing.

  • All services are digital and delivered via email or cloud link.

​Subscription Plans (Business & Enterprise)

  • Once subscribed, we will contact you within 3 working days to discuss your needs, gather references, and finalize the plan via message confirmation.

  • No work begins until we receive clear communication and approval from the client.

  • You may choose between:

  • Full Package Delivery (all services delivered in one final ZIP file), or

  • Time-Based Delivery (receive services as needed — e.g., sale graphics, presentations).


For time-based delivery, clients must inform us of each request at least 1 day in advance.

🔹 Work Confirmation & Communication

  • All work will be confirmed and approved via messages before it begins — this applies to both one-time and subscription plans.

  • Clients must contact us via message after purchasing a plan to confirm service details and requirements.

  • All discussions, scheduling, and delivery expectations will be communicated directly through messages or DMs.

🔹 Service Scope & Customization

  • Each plan includes a set number of services. These are clearly listed in the plan details.

  • Major changes or new tasks outside the confirmed scope may require an additional charge.

  • We begin work only after mutual agreement is confirmed via message.

🔹 Revision Policy

  • All plans include 1 round of revision per design.

  • Enterprise Plan includes up to 3 rounds of revision per design.

  • Revisions must be requested within 2 days of receiving the design.

  • Additional revisions beyond the included limit will be billed separately depending on complexity.

🔹 Refund Policy

  • If a client subscribes by mistake or is unsatisfied before any work begins, a 50% refund will be issued.

  • No refund will be issued once work has started, including initial planning, messaging, or concept work.

  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment and before service begins.

  • No refunds for completed or partially used subscription plans.​

 

🔹 General Notes

 

  • All services are digital. No physical items are shipped.

  • Design requests must be made within the active subscription period — unused services do not roll over.

  • Urgent or off-schedule requests are only accepted via DM and may carry an extra charge.

  • Clients are responsible for contacting us promptly and responding during the working period to ensure smooth delivery.​
